1. Sponsor and Administrator

Sponsor: Blue Best, LLC (d/b/a Blue Best Plumbing, Heating, Air & Generators), 600 N 500 W, Suite D, Bountiful, UT 84010 (“Sponsor” or “Blue Best”). Administrator: Women’s Excellence 4 Life Foundation, doing business as the Utah Falconz (“Administrator” or “Team”). The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Blue Best and administered by the Team. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, the Women’s National Football Conference, Judge Memorial Catholic High School, or any social media platform on which it may be advertised.

2. Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Utah who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, players, coaches, volunteers, and agents of Blue Best and the Team, and their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each, are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on Saturday, May 9, 2026, when stadium doors open at 5:00 p.m., Mountain Time and ends at the conclusion of the Event (the “Sweepstakes Period”). The Booth and Entry Table will be open during the Sweepstakes Period until the end of the game. Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and received no later than Friday, May 8, 2026, to be eligible. Administrator’s clock is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

There are two free methods of entry. Both methods have the same chance of winning. No purchase, admission, or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win.

Method A — Free Entry at the Event

Visit the Blue Best booth or designated entry table at the Event during the Sweepstakes Period. Complete an official entry card with your full name, mailing address, daytime telephone number, email address, and confirmation that you are at least 18 years old and a Utah resident. Deposit the completed card in the marked entry container. Entry cards are free, are available to any attendee regardless of how they entered the Event (including those who attended free with the Blue Best flyer invitation, those who paid admission, and any other attendees), and do not require any purchase, donation, or payment.

Method B — Free Entry by Mail

To enter without attending the Event, hand-print on a 3″ x 5″ card your full name, complete street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime telephone number, email address, and date of birth (to confirm 18+). Mail the card in a #10 envelope with first-class postage to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by Wednesday, May 6, 2026, and received by Friday, May 8, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per outer envelope. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or late entries are void. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, postage-due, or undelivered mail.

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person across all entry methods (Method A and Method B combined). Duplicate entries from the same individual will be consolidated into a single entry. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

5. Drawings, Prizes, and Approximate Retail Values

There are two separate drawing pools: (a) the Booth Drawing Pool, from which three (3) Booth Prize winners will be drawn; and (b) the Halftime Selection Pool, from which six (6) participants will be selected for the halftime activity. Entrants who wish to be eligible for both pools must indicate so on their entry card; otherwise, the entry will be placed only in the Booth Drawing Pool by default.

Halftime Selection Prizes (6 winners)

Six (6) entrants will be selected from the Halftime Selection Pool to participate in a halftime activity at the Event. Each selected participant will receive their choice of one (1) of the following two prize options. All six selected participants will receive a prize, regardless of any halftime activity outcomes:

• Option A: Blue Coolers 60-Quart Ice Vault Roto-Molded Cooler with Wheels and Accessory Kit. ARV: $499.00.
• Option B: Blue Water Bodywork gift certificate, made out to “Falconz Fan,” in the amount of $200, redeemable for services at Blue Water Bodywork. ARV: $200. The certificate is transferable and expires eighteen (18) months from the date of issuance. Certificate is otherwise subject to the standard terms and conditions of Blue Water Bodywork, which will be provided to the winner with the certificate. If the gift certificate cannot be redeemed for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, Sponsor will at its discretion either provide an equivalent gift certificate at another local establishment of comparable value or pay the certificate value in cash.

Each selected halftime participant must be present at the Event at the time of selection and must report to the designated halftime staging area in time for the activity. Failure to be present or to report on time will result in forfeiture of the right to participate, and an alternate selected participant may be chosen by random draw from the remaining eligible entries in the Halftime Selection Pool. Each participant will choose between Option A and Option B; choices are made simultaneously by all six participants, available prizes are limited in quantity, are awarded in the order their entry is drawn, and are final once made.

Prize Conditions

• All prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied, by Sponsor or Administrator. Manufacturer warranties (if any) are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be substituted, except by Sponsor in its sole discretion in the event a prize becomes unavailable, in which case Sponsor will substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• No cash equivalent is offered (except for the gift-certificate fallback described in Option B above).
• Limit one (1) prize per person per drawing pool. A single entrant cannot win more than one Booth Drawing prize. A single entrant whose entry is in both pools may win in both pools, but only one prize per pool.
• All federal, state, and local taxes on any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Because each prize has an approximate retail value of less than $600, no IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued, but winners remain responsible for any reportable income under applicable tax law.

6. Drawing Mechanics and Odds

The Booth Drawing will be conducted by Administrator at the end of the third quarter on May 9, 2026, at the Blue Best booth or another announced location at the Event. The three Booth Prizes will be awarded by separate random draws from the Booth Drawing Pool, in the order Booth Prize 1, Booth Prize 2, Booth Prize 3. If a drawn name has already won a prize in this Sweepstakes, that entry will be set aside and a replacement will be drawn from the same pool.

The Halftime Selection draw will be conducted by Administrator immediately before halftime on May 9, 2026. Six (6) entries will be drawn from the Halftime Selection Pool. If a drawn entrant is not present at the Event, Administrator may draw an alternate from the remaining eligible entries in the Halftime Selection Pool.

All drawings will be conducted using a random selection method documented by Administrator, with at least one neutral witness present. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in the relevant pool.

7. Winner Notification and Claim

Winners present at the Event will be notified at the time of the drawing and may claim their prize on-site upon presentation of valid government-issued photo identification confirming their identity, age, and Utah residency.

Winners not present at the Event (mail-in entrants and any drawn participants who have left the venue before the drawing) will be notified by Administrator using the contact information provided on the entry card, within seven (7) business days of the drawing. Winners notified after the Event must respond to the notification within fourteen (14) calendar days and must complete and return a Winner Claim Form (which may include an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release) before the prize will be awarded. Failure to respond within the fourteen-day period, or to return the required forms, will result in forfeiture of the prize, and Administrator may select an alternate winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

In accordance with the Utah Prize Notices Regulation Act (Utah Code § 13-28-101 et seq.), winners notified after the Event will receive a written prize notice that includes the verifiable retail value of the prize, the odds of winning, the conditions for receiving the prize, and a statement that no purchase, donation, or payment was necessary to enter or win.

8. Publicity

By accepting a prize, each winner consents (except where prohibited by law) to the use by Sponsor and Administrator of the winner’s name, city of residence, photograph, voice, and likeness for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes in any medium, worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation, notification, or permission. Winners may be asked to sign a separate publicity release before the prize is awarded; refusal to sign may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

9. Privacy and Use of Information

Personal information submitted with entries will be collected, used, and disclosed by Sponsor and Administrator in accordance with their respective privacy policies. Sponsor’s privacy policy is available at bluebestrules.com/privacy-policy/. Administrator will provide its privacy practices on request. Information collected through entry is used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact winners, deliver prizes, and (where the entrant has separately opted in on the entry card) for marketing communications from Sponsor and/or Administrator. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe mechanism in any marketing email, by replying STOP to any text message, or by contacting Sponsor or Administrator at the addresses listed in these Official Rules.

10. General Conditions

• By entering, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
• Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, the operation of the Sweepstakes, or otherwise acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
• Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for printing, typographical, technical, computer, network, human, or other errors relating to the administration of the Sweepstakes, processing of entries, announcement of prizes, or the failure of any entry or notification to be received for any reason.

11. Force Majeure

If, for any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor or Administrator, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned — including but not limited to fire, flood, weather, infectious disease, equipment failure, technical failures, fraud, the cancellation or rescheduling of the Event, or any federal, state, or local law, order, or regulation — Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend, or extend the Sweepstakes, and to award the prizes from among all eligible non-suspect entries received before the action taken.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, the Women’s National Football Conference, Judge Memorial Catholic High School, and their respective parent organizations, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, players, employees, agents, and representatives (the the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, damages, losses, and liabilities of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes, attendance at the Event, or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, property damage, or death. The Released Parties make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding any prize. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the foregoing limitations may not apply to all entrants.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of any entrant, Sponsor, or Administrator, will be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County or Davis County, Utah, and each entrant consents to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

14. Winner List

For a list of winners, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Blue Out Game Winner List, Blue Best, LLC, 600 N 500 W, Suite D, Bountiful, UT 84010, to be received no later than July 9, 2026.

15. Trademark and Non-Sponsorship Disclaimer

Traeger®, Owala®, HydroJug®, Blue Coolers®, and Blue Water Bodywork are referenced in this Sweepstakes solely to describe the prizes being awarded and the items distributed at the Event. Each name is the trademark or trade name of its respective owner. None of these brands or businesses is a sponsor, administrator, endorser, or affiliate of this Sweepstakes, and none has provided products, services, or financial support to the Sweepstakes. All prizes were purchased at retail by Blue Best, LLC, which is the sole sponsor of this Sweepstakes.
